Edale valley walk

A gentle walk in nature to enjoy local wildlife and views of the surrounding hills. Walk through working farms and small woodlands, and bring a flask and a picnic to sit by one of the rivers.
You can bring creativity into the day with sketching, taking photos, or writing while sat in nature.
First walk on Kinder Scout

Let Sarah introduce you to your first walk on Kinder Scout, taking the gentlest route up at your own pace. Learn a little bit about the history, geology and ecology of the area along the way.
See if you can spot any kestrels while we sit on boulders for a brew, and pick our lunch spot with a great view.
Bogs and boulders

Let Sarah navigate you to the curiously-shaped boulders that guard Kinder Scout. It will probably be boggy in patches so bring your best waterproof footwear and gaiters if you have them.
Best for people who enjoy playing in the hills and have a good level of fitness.
Get off the beaten track

Explore an area of Kinder Scout that is less trodden - perhaps we'll come across a sleepy mountain hare. Take in the vast moorland landscape and perhaps test your navigation skills with my support.
This is best suited for people who want to get to know the ins and outs of Kinder Scout.
Cascades and waterfalls

Sarah will take you on a beautiful walk alongside a brook to the Kinder Scout Plateau, From here we can begin to make our way back to Edale or continue on to Kinder Downfall and make a day of it.
We'll make time for breaks along the brook and brews with a view. Walking at your pace the whole time.
Sensory experience

An opportunity to focus on your senses during this experience. Notice the micro details of nature, sit in silence and listen to the skylarks, touch different textures including moss and gritstone rocks.
A day for you to get away from it all. You can follow your intuition and curiosity or I can give you prompts.
Birthday walk on Kinder Scout
"The walk wasn’t just about getting from A to B, Sarah gently created space to slow down, connect, and notice where we were, including a few simple and meaningful mindful moments along the way.
It was a really special day which will live long in the memory, relaxed, well-held, and full of care."
